What is already set up

What already lives here.

Every production arrives with the same basic needs: controlled light, power close by, a room for makeup and another for the client. We produce here too, so the house was set up with that in mind.

Why we made it this way

When the crew arrives, the space already knows it is receiving a production.

01

Light comes through the windows.

You can shoot an entire campaign with daylight. When the frame needs control, there are blackout curtains, a suspended grid and the lighting kit available to begin the setup.

02

Makeup room and meeting room.

There is space for hair and makeup, a changing room, bathroom, pantry and an air-conditioned meeting room for up to six people. It works for the final briefing or for a client following the shoot on TV.

03

The equipment can be here when you arrive.

Cameras, lenses, lights, audio and grip equipment are available to hire. Tell us what you are recording and we will separate what makes the day easier.

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions.

Is the room acoustically treated?

It is treated, and it holds up for recorded conversation: production companies shoot here without trouble. What it does not have is full sound isolation from the outside. If your project depends on that, it is worth booking a visit to hear the room before you commit.
