The idea behind the room
An industrial room with personality, a ceiling grid, blackout curtains and open floor, ready to become whatever the project asks for.
The brick and the wood already say something.
Building a set from scratch in a white studio eats time and budget, and what comes out still has to look like a place. Here the wall, the floor and the window stay in view, and the set leans on them.
Setup starts with an empty room.
There is an infinity backdrop, blackout control, a lighting grid and open floor for scenography. We set up, turn on the camera, look and adjust until the light works in the frame.
The Kitchen is still right there.
It can enter the frame, become the support area or hold food preparation while the Loft stays open. Both spaces share the same room and the same calendar.

The details that help transform the space without surprises on set day.Does the Loft come furnished?
It can start empty, ready for a custom set, or draw from the house: support furniture, décor objects and backdrops. Until the collection catalog is ready, specific pieces are chosen in person, on a scheduled visit before the date, and whatever will be used is flagged 24 hours ahead so it is set aside on the day.
Can we build a set or modify the walls?
Scenography and backdrops are welcome, and bigger builds usually book the day before to set up with an empty studio and no pressure. The rule is preserving the house: no drilling, no painting, no structural changes, and bulky set waste, like wood and large pieces, leaves with the production, so that logistics belongs in the plan.
What dimensions are available for framing?
The Loft shares a room of about 70 m² with the Kitchen. For the frame: a 3 m ceiling, 5.5 m of background width and 7 m of camera setback.
How does lighting work in the Loft?
There is a large window for daylight and blackout curtains, so you choose between natural light and full control. Set lighting rigs on the ceiling grid, where the power outlets also live: fewer stands on the floor and no cables crossing the room. The house light kit has three points: 3 Amaran 300c continuous lights or 3 Godox flashes with modifiers, and the proposal says how it fits your project.
How many people fit in the Loft?
Up to 15 people in the main space. Larger productions add the Production Base, an extra room booked separately: client, agency and gear get somewhere to be while the set is running, and the whole setup reaches around 20 to 25 people.
What are the hours for a shoot in the Loft?
Production hours adjust to what the project needs: we agree them with you based on what the shoot requires, not on a front-desk clock. On WhatsApp, we reply from 7am to 7pm.
Can we do a photo shoot in the Loft?
You can, and it is one of the most requested uses. A ceiling height of 3 m, a 5.5 m backdrop and 7 m of camera pullback give room for a longer lens; the infinity backdrop is available and the blackout curtain closes the window wall when the shoot wants equipment light only. When it wants daylight, the sun arrives around 1 pm and it is worth setting the call time by it.
