Record your course

A place to worry only about the content, and nothing else.

Record your course at Espaço Híbrido and choose between using the room alone or receiving the content ready to upload to your platform.

Why we made it this way

One address, many possibilities. Every corner was designed to work as a set. Here your course comes alive and what you teach gains the context that keeps your students engaged from beginning to end.

01

You have the content. What stalls is the rest.

You have things worth sharing and you are waiting for the day your knowledge goes out into the world, and then it deflates every time you have to think about rigging lights, operating a camera, handling sound and editing hours of material.

You could probably learn it. Even so, editing a thirty-second reel and editing eight hours of lessons are different jobs, and the sheer volume of material is what makes the project start to feel out of reach.

That is why we created “Record your course”, where you arrive to a set already built and everything ready to make your content look good. You worry only about teaching, and the production stays with us, as far as you choose.

02

A ten-hour day, and the course comes out

This package reserves a ten-hour day for you, in whichever room you choose. It sounds like a lot of time, and it is there so you can record calmly, change clothes if you want to, rest between modules, stop to eat, and deliver your content with the energy an online course asks of whoever is presenting.

The set can be built with furniture from our collection, combined with whatever you bring along. That way your content looks like you.

The lighting is already rigged and stays the same all day, so the lesson you record at nine and the one you record at five look alike. That is how the content ends up looking truly professional.

03

Three production formats. And the choice is yours.

What separates them is how much production stays with you once the camera is off. People looking to record a course usually want the last on the list.

In the two formats where we do the filming, directing comes with it: somebody watching the frame, checking the sound and saying when a take is worth doing again.

01Use the room only
You bring your own camera and crew and use our set and lighting to make everything look good.
02Record with our crew
Our videomakers handle the directing and the filming, and you receive the raw material to edit however you like.
03Receive your course ready
Our crew films and edits all of your material, and you receive every lesson ready to upload to your platform.

04

The tools that keep the recording moving

Nobody memorises eight hours of lessons. There is a screen to follow your slides or bullet points while you speak, and a teleprompter for when the wording has to come out exactly.

Both are available, and you decide which one leaves you most comfortable in front of the camera.

Before filming, we agree on how you want to present.

05

How to arrive prepared

What saves the most time on the day is having settled three simple things beforehand. None of them requires you to understand filmmaking.

  • How many lessons, and how long each should run in the finished video.
  • Whether you speak from a bullet on screen or read from the teleprompter.
  • Whether there will be slides, and if they go on screen or into the edit later.
  • Whether you prefer a neutral backdrop or the room showing behind you.

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions.

Can we record the whole course in one day?

Most of the time, yes. The day runs ten hours and the set is already rigged when you arrive, so filming starts straight away. And recording everything in the same outfit against the same backdrop gets far more done in the day.

Do I need to know how to film or edit?

You do not. In two of the three formats one of our videomakers operates the camera, and directing comes with it: somebody watching the frame, checking the sound and saying when a take is worth repeating. If you would rather not edit either, there is a format where the material comes back ready to upload to your platform. And if you already have a camera and a crew, you can hire the room alone.

Is there a teleprompter? And can I use slides?

There is a teleprompter, and a screen where you follow your slides or bullet points while you speak. You choose which of the two to use.

What backgrounds can we film against?

Any corner of the house can become a set, and that is how most courses recorded here work. There is the white infinity backdrop when the frame calls for neutral, the brick wall, the kitchen, and the room with the house furniture and objects, which you can adjust with a few pieces so it looks like you. A set built from scratch is possible too, with art direction and set building, and that one needs more notice.

Which room do I record the course in?

Whichever one you choose. Each room changes what appears behind you, and that choice usually says more about the course than any piece of equipment.

What if the course is about cooking?

You can, and the set is a real kitchen: oven, cooktop, fridge and the rest working while you film. The crockery and utensils in our collection go into the shoot too.
