Workshops and in-person gatherings

A room the size of your gathering.

A studio in Bela Vista for the workshop or the team day that outgrows a meeting room: exposed brick, parquet and a window onto the city.

Bela Vista · São Paulo · up to 15 people
A talk in the Loft: rows of seated chairs facing a speaker in a colorful outfit, with the exposed brick wall and the window behind her.

Why we made it this way

Espaço Híbrido hosts workshops, training days and team gatherings for up to 15 people, in a brick and timber studio in Bela Vista.

01

Looking for a room for fifteen people lands you in a coworking space or a party hall

The meeting room at the office is tight, and whoever sits there all year does not feel they have left the office. The coworking room fits, but it is a white box with a TV on the wall. And an events venue opens for a hundred, so a group of fifteen gets lost inside it.

Here the room holds 15 people working. If the group sits in a circle or facing whoever is presenting, that gets close to 20.

A circle of fifteen black folding chairs set up in the Loft, with a blank flip chart against the brick wall and the window on the left.

02

The room already comes with what the day needs

Four tables under black cloths, fifteen chairs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and blackout curtains. Power outlets sit in the ceiling, alongside the lighting, so no cable crosses the floor.

Next door there is a bathroom, a fitting room, a dressing room with a mirror and a pantry. And while the group is here someone from the house stays nearby, so nobody loses half an hour looking for the air conditioning remote.

Four tables under black cloths with chairs around them, set up in the Loft, with the kitchen at the back and afternoon sun on the parquet.

03

If the workshop is about cooking, the kitchen is already here

A convection oven with grill, induction cooktop, professional stand mixer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, all working through the class. The island sits in the middle of the kitchen, so the group works around it and everyone can see what is being made.

The crockery and utensils from our collection go into the class too. And the kitchen shares the same room as the Loft, so a day can start in a circle and end at the counter without changing rooms.

A cooking class gathered around the ribbed wooden kitchen island, with the cooktop in the middle, the sage cabinets and the shelf of crockery behind.

“Nobody schedules an in-person day to do what a video call could already do.”

Before you ask

Frequently asked questions.

Can we hire the studio for a workshop or an event?

You can. The main room, which is the Kitchen and the Loft together, hosts workshops, training days, team meetings and brand gatherings, with tables, chairs and the structure already in place. Tell us what happens on the day, how many people and the date, and the proposal comes from there.

How many people fit an in-person gathering?

Up to 15 working in the main room, which is the Kitchen and the Loft together. If the group sits in a circle or facing whoever is presenting, that gets close to 20.

Does the space have tables and chairs for the group?

It does: four tables under black cloths and fifteen chairs come with the booking, with nothing to rent separately. How the room is laid out we sort out with you beforehand, around the shape of the gathering. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, blackout curtains and both 110 and 220 volt sockets come with it.

Can we serve coffee and lunch in the space?

You can. There is a pantry beside the main room, and the kitchen is in the same space for whatever the day needs. The house is in Bela Vista, so bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance, and when the day calls for catering we have partners to recommend.

Can we run a cooking workshop?

You can, and the kitchen is a real one: a convection oven with grill, induction cooktop, professional stand mixer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher all working through the class. The island sits in the middle, so the group works around it, and the crockery and utensils from our collection come with it.

Where is it, and where does the group park?

Rua Rui Barbosa, 95, in Bela Vista, São Paulo. The building has a lift and paid parking, and there is parking along the whole street as well. Visits are always by appointment, because the day here runs around whatever production is in the studio.
