Personal data we collect

We collect the details you provide when requesting a quote, a visit or information:

• full name, telephone number and email address;
• how you describe your role, the kind of production and the studios you have in mind;
• the day or month you have in mind, the time window and how long you expect to use the space;
• how many people should be on the shoot and whether you bring your own crew;
• anything you write in the free text field about the project;
• the page, language and campaign parameters that brought you to the form;
• records of operational and optional marketing consent.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data in this form.

How we use personal data

• to respond to requests, prepare quotes and arrange visits;
• to manage a booking, coordinate production and issue invoices when a service is contracted;
• to communicate by telephone, WhatsApp or email about the requested project;
• to follow up on a form you started and did not finish, using the contact details you gave in the first step;
• to send occasional news only when you give separate consent;
• to meet legal obligations and protect the form against abuse or duplicate submissions.

Who we share personal data with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with:

• providers that support hosting, databases, transactional email, automation and customer relationship management;
• management or accounting software used to deliver contracted services and issue invoices;
• public authorities when required by law or a valid order.

Storage and security

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, contractual or legal duties and the exercise of rights. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted credentials and redacted technical logs to reduce unauthorized access, alteration or loss.

Your data protection rights

Subject to the LGPD, you may request:

• confirmation that personal data is being processed and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
• information about sharing and portability where applicable;
• withdrawal of marketing consent, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar identifiers to understand how it is used and to measure the results of our advertising. We do not use them to identify you by name, and the browsing data collected here is not joined to the personal data you send through the form.

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to count visits, understand which pages are used and record that a request was sent — never what was written in it;
• Google Ads, to know which advertisement led to a request and to measure campaign results;
• Meta Pixel, for the same purpose on Facebook and Instagram advertising.

The legal basis is legitimate interest in measuring and improving our own service and advertising, under article 7, IX of the LGPD. You can refuse or delete these cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can limit personalised advertising directly with each provider — in Google's Ads Settings and in Meta's Ad Preferences. Refusing them does not prevent you from using the site or sending a request.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated differently: advertising identifiers are denied by default and no advertising cookie is written.
