Services offered
Espaço Híbrido rents audiovisual studio space and related areas for content production, photography and video, and offers associated production services, as detailed in specific quotes.

Communication
By giving us your telephone number and/or email address to request a quote or information, you agree to be contacted by WhatsApp, email and/or telephone.
That communication relates to your request: sending the quote, arranging visits, following up on the proposal, confirming a booking, and essential information about your day at the studio.
Promotional communication — studio news and offers — is sent only to people who consent specifically to it, and that consent is separate from requesting a quote. You can withdraw it at any time by replying SAIR through any of our channels.

Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are sent, unless the proposal itself states a different period.
A date and time are only reserved once the agreed deposit is paid and, where applicable, the rental agreement is signed.
The proposal is delivered through a link of its own. It expires on the validity date and stops opening. Anyone holding the address can view it, so treat it as confidential.

Payment and cancellation
Payment and cancellation conditions are detailed in each quote.

Renting the space
The rental itself is governed by the rental agreement, which covers liability for damage, use of the premises, rights over the material produced and image releases. These Terms govern your relationship with us before that: browsing the site, requesting a quote and receiving a proposal.
In any case, use of the space must comply with Brazilian law and with the purposes agreed.

Personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo, SP, are elected to settle any disputes.
